There is nothing I love more in this world than food. Well maybe puppies and red wine, but food – sourcing it, cooking it, talking about it, eating it and writing about it consumes my world.
My name is Katrina Meynink and I mark out my days in hungry spaces of time between meals and the menu of my mind is constantly fine-tuning my eating regime. My background is in food communications and I have recently donned the chef whites and turned to the hotplates at one of Sydney’s leading culinary schools in the hope of calling myself “qualified”.
But enough about me.
